Orange County 1/2 Marathon December 5, 2004


This was my first long distance run that
I really felt good on.
I burned 2500 calories finishing in under 2 hours!
I trained for 3 months leading up to this,
utilizing the running expertise of
Brian MacKenzie from Genetic Potential.
Brian developed a running program for me
that helped me break the 2 hour barrier for 13.1 miles!
