Jeff Alexander

My wife and I own and manage a personal training and fitness consulting business called Network Fitness LLC.

We've based ourselves in the Newport Beach/Costa Mesa area of Southern California since 1998. 

I oversee or personally conduct one-on-one personal training, group exercise, and fitness presentation seminars/workshops for social groups and businesses throughout the SoCal area.  I bring to the table a wide range of accomplishments and education accumulated through my experiences in Africa and the South Pacific in the United States Marine Corps, electrical engineering studies at McNeese State University in Louisiana, academic and hands-on lessons learned in personal training techniques.

Carolyn Alexander

  Carolyn Alexander has certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association in Fitness Training, LeMond Fitness Academy as a Spin Instructor, Functional Movement as a Functional Movement Specialist, and from Trigger Point Technologies as a Re-Gen Instructor

 

If you train with her, you're likely to find her fun, yet very knowledgeable and effective.  Whether taking her spin class or meeting her for personal training, you're going to enjoy the light-hearted approach she has towards some of the more difficult aspects of fitness. 

She'll have you reaching farther, faster than you thought possible!

Carolyn is Canadian by birth and grew up in Canada, Great Britain, and America.  She brings this cosmopolitan approach to everything she does. 

She cooks traditional Canadian, Dutch, British, and even Cajun (her husband is from Louisiana) dishes with an eye towards lean, healthy eating.

  Carolyn began her career path in advertising with Grey Advertising in Los Angeles. 

After reaching several significant corporate goals, but finding herself struggling to match her health with the greater goals ahead,

she participated in the Body for Life program by Bill Philips.  In 12 weeks she shed 13% of her bodyfat and gained about 12 pounds of muscle. 

No, she didn't win the $100,000 prize for the competition, but the experience changed her life.

 

Carolyn has over 8 years experience as a personal trainer, and has completed events that test strength, agility, and endurance. 

She lives a lifestyle in complement with the lessons she teaches for functional movement, balanced nutrition, and balanced fitness endeavors.

She has presented fitness concepts to small, intimate groups of a half-dozen coworkers, as well as larger school groups of more than 300 attendees.

Whether at home enjoying time with her beloved husband, in the gym one-on-one or semi-private with personal training clients,

or in front of a group of people in an auditorium or workplace, Carolyn feels right at home doing what she does best...

Diane Michelle Williams

Owner and operator, Oceanus Fitness

Personal Trainer, Exercise Instructor and Educator, Re-Gen instructor:

 

Diane Michelle is an energetic and motivated Personal Trainer.  Her experience includes a highly respected certification through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), Bodies By Carrido 12 month apprentice program headed by fitness giant John Carrido (former Mr. California),

has attended Orange Coast College Fitness Specialist Program, and volunteered for their Adaptive PE Program.

 

She continually educates herself through lectures and classes on health and nutrition to better serve her clients

with the most up to date physical fitness issues.

           

She works out of several clubs in the Orange County area, trains at private residences and teaches exercise programs and water aerobics at

Whitaker Wellness Institute in Newport Beach California.  She truly believes that exercise plays an integral part for preventing and

reversing many health risks and diseases such as diabetes, osteoporosis and heart problems.

        

Diane has been involved in Physical Fitness her entire life. From an early age she was in gymnastics and dance,

later she turned her focus to tennis, golf and skiing. 

She is a seasoned triathlete who enjoys helping others to succeed and believes there is an athlete in all of us.

In her spare time she volunteers with International Therapy Dog with her Black Lab Jake, who also runs with her and swims in the ocean.

Brian MacKenzie

Experience/Credentials

Is currently certified through CrossFit, Functional Movement, and the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).  He attended Orange Coast Colleges Fitness Specialist Program, and volunteered for 1 year with its adaptive PE program.  Physical Therapy Assistant at Coast Therapy in Huntington Beach, California for 6 month’s.  Is a coach with Multisports Orange County.  Brian has currently been training for 9 years in and around Orange County, California.

Philosophy:

To take an integrated approach to strength, speed, endurance, power, movement, psychology, and injury prevention or human performance. Focusing on the individuals weaknesses so that we can create overwhelming strengths.  To provide optimum training for the individual in an ethical, and the most efficient way possible, and to continually educate oneself with the top minds and educators in these fields.
