It is never too early to learn to live a healthy active life style. In today’s world we are at an all time high of Diabetes in our youth, Hypertension in our 20s and Osteoporosis as early as 40. It used to be uncommon of for anyone under 60 to get these diseases. Exercise, good sound nutritional advice and knowledge is whats needed to prevent many of these conditions. It does not matter if you are a wave surfer or a channel surfer, true fitness is the best line of defense we have to reversing the crippling effects of many disorders.
